The professional networking site LinkedIN has just added a new feature to its platform that allows users to pick “stay-at-home mom” or “stay-at-home dad as a job title on their profile. It is also adding “parental leave,” “family care,” and “sabbatical” options. This is terrific as it will explain perfectly normal gaps in people’s lives with a quick scan.
